Framework agreement for sanitary repair works

Summary

The tender concerns sanitary installation repairs, maintenance and other small-scale sanitary works at schools and other managed properties in Hamburg. It is a framework agreement under which 15 to 25 contractors will be appointed and works will be ordered as individual call-off contracts when needed. The maximum value of an individual order is EUR 15,000 excluding VAT, and the estimated total volume for all contractors is EUR 820,500 per year. The initial framework term is 12 months and may be extended once by up to 12 months, at most until November 2028. Tenders must be submitted electronically in German by 23 September 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion.
