Framework agreement for supplying benzene-free special fuel for small-equipment engines and accessories

Summary

This framework agreement covers the supply of benzene-free special fuel and related accessories for small-equipment engines during 2027. Deliveries will be made on demand to motorway maintenance depots and other locations in Brandenburg, Berlin and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. The estimated evaluation quantities are 15,600 litres of two-stroke fuel, 20,600 litres of four-stroke fuel, 107 fuel safety filling nozzles, 48 attachable chain-oil containers and 66 chain-oil safety filling nozzles. These are estimates only; payment is based on quantities actually ordered, delivered and documented. The supplier must provide compliant products, technical data sheets, safety data sheets and evidence of compliance with SS 155461 D, DIN 51641 or an equivalent standard. The supplier must also provide liability insurance evidence of at least EUR 2,000,000 for personal injury and EUR 2,000,000 for property or other financial damage. Orders must normally be delivered within five working days. Empty containers must be collected free of charge. The bid deadline is 25 September 2026 at 11:00. No variants are permitted, the procurement is not divided into lots, and price is the only award criterion.
