Framework Agreement for Zscaler Cloud Licence Renewal and Consolidation

Summary

Münchner Wohnen GmbH is procuring Zscaler cloud software licences delivered as a service. The supplier must renew 620 licences expiring on 30 December 2026 and commercially consolidate and increase the licence pool to 1,500 licences with aligned contract periods. The estimated quantity is 1,500 Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) Essentials Edition licences for the period from 31 December 2026 to 30 December 2027. The buyer’s IT team will carry out the technical setup and administration itself. The framework agreement has a ceiling of EUR 360,000 excluding VAT and no minimum purchase commitment. It starts on 31 December 2026 and ends on 30 December 2027; the buyer may extend it up to twice, for 12 months each time. Individual orders will be placed through an electronic ordering system and must be confirmed by the supplier within three calendar days. Licence prices will be based on the price list and the discount offered; current price lists must be provided to the buyer, and price adjustments may be made no more than once a year. The bidder must provide proof of Zscaler partner status, submit the required suitability and compliance declarations, and sign the framework agreement. The bid and its attachments must be submitted in German electronically by 10:00 on 30 October 2026.
