Implementation of the All-Day School Care Act at St. Johann Primary School, Könen Branch

Summary

The City of Konz is procuring structural engineering design services for two construction phases at the Könen branch of St. Johann Primary School: a new canteen with ancillary and functional rooms, and the energy refurbishment of the existing school buildings. The services cover HOAI Section 51 service phases 1–6; phases 1–5 will be commissioned first, while phase 6 is optional. Design through service phase 3 for both phases is due by 31 August 2027; subject to funding, construction work for the first phase must be completed by 31 December 2029.
