Framework agreement for 3D surveying of indoor and outdoor areas

BIM Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH is procuring framework-based facility-management surveys of buildings in the property portfolios it manages in Berlin. The procurement is divided into two lots: outdoor-area surveys and surveys of building interiors and floors. The work covers both initial data capture and updates to existing CAD and room data; the planned four-year maximum quantities are approximately 580,000 m² of gross floor area for initial surveys and 140,000 m² of net floor area for data updates.
