Railway overpasses and a medium-voltage switchgear room for the Bad Homburg light rail extension

Summary

Stadtbahngesellschaft Bad Homburg mbH is procuring the construction of three reinforced-concrete railway overpasses (BW 40, 44 and 46) and a medium-voltage switchgear room (BW 67.1) near existing railway line 3611 in Bad Homburg. The works also include associated construction preparations, such as unexploded-ordnance surveys, a groundwater monitoring well, cable-route and utility relocations, work platforms and ramps, protective works, shoring and track geomonitoring. Completion of the Langen Meile overpass (BW 44) is planned by 31 December 2027.
