Central Building II new construction – Screed works 2 (levels 2–6)

Summary

The tender concerns screed works for the new Central Building II of Klinikum St. Georg in Leipzig, covering the second to sixth floors. The contractor must provide the site setup, technical planning and documentation, substrate preparation, cement screed, floating screed, insulation layers, joints, repairs and related ancillary works. The works must be coordinated with the operating hospital, other trades, restricted working hours and helicopter-landing-site safety requirements.
