Tender detail
Millimeter-Wave Interferometry Measurement System
Summary
The tender concerns the supply, integration and commissioning of a fully functional, calibratable millimeter-wave interferometry measurement system for scientific laboratory use at Hamburg University of Technology. The system must characterize high-frequency components, radar systems and antennas, with network analysis, spectrum/signal analysis and analog/vector signal generation covering the required frequency ranges up to 170 GHz. It must support investigations of nonlinearities, reflections, phase and amplitude errors, noise and phase noise, and antenna–radio-channel–target interactions. The main technical requirements include a complete measurement system covering at least 10 MHz–170 GHz, a 10 MHz–67 GHz four-port or multi-channel VNA, calibrated W- and D-band measurements, spectrum analysis, analog and vector signal generation, shared reference coherence, W-/D-band calibration and power measurement, integration with existing radar and antenna test infrastructure, and delivery, installation, commissioning, initial calibration, testing, training and documentation. The bidder must complete the qualification evidence sheet and provide the required separate evidence. The bid must be submitted electronically in German by 15 October 2026 at 11:00 CEST. Electronic invoicing is required. Price accounts for 40% of the award evaluation and quality for 60%. Alternative bids and multiple bids are permitted; an electronic catalogue is not permitted.
