Supply of SentinelOne software

Summary

The City of Freiburg is procuring an extension and expansion of its SentinelOne endpoint detection and response solution, including software licences, a managed detection and response service, longer log retention and support services. For the period from 16 December 2026 to 15 December 2027, the procurement includes one Singularity Platform licence (up to 10 GB of data ingestion per day), Singularity Complete for 4,300 workstations, cloud workload security for 260 servers, network discovery for 4,560 endpoints, 180-day data retention for 4,560 endpoints, and managed detection and response for 4,560 endpoints. It also includes a flat-fee Premium Support package with 24/7 support. Price is the sole award criterion. Offers must be submitted electronically in German; variants are not permitted. The submission deadline is 3 November 2026 at 10:00. Bidders must provide information on turnover for comparable services, experience over the previous three years and three references, and confirm that they have the staff needed to perform the contract. Evidence relating to registration, payment obligations and other suitability requirements is also required, together with declarations on ILO labour standards and EU sanctions against Russia.
