Quality Agreement for Cleanroom Cleaning – CIT gGmbH

Summary

This quality agreement governs the quality- and GMP-related responsibilities for cleaning of cleanrooms and adjacent GMP-relevant areas at the CIT building, defining the obligations of the client and contractor, training, documentation, change control, audits and CAPA, and liability for quality defects. The agreement supplements (and is complemented by) a separate service contract that covers pricing and other commercial terms. It aims to ensure EU-GMP compliance for cleanroom classifications B–D and related areas.
