Summary

The tender covers laboratory services for ukb and is divided into two lots. Lot 1 concerns referred specialist and microbiological testing together with a microbiology-infectious diseases consultation service. Lot 2 concerns the provision of leased laboratory analysers, reagents and related services for on-site testing. The contract is run as an open procedure. Offers may be submitted for both lots, with a maximum of two lots per bidder. The contract is expected to run from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2031, with an extension option until 31 January 2033. The estimated value is EUR 12,838,708. Offers must be submitted by 16 October 2026. On-site inspection is mandatory before submitting an offer for either lot. Variant bids are not permitted. Lot 1 requires specialist laboratory and microbiological capacity, electronic ordering and reporting integration, rapid transport and reporting times, emergency and failure procedures, hospital hygiene support, and qualified medical advisers. Lot 2 requires current analysers, reagents, redundant equipment, technical support, training, emergency continuity arrangements and rapid reagent delivery. The most economically advantageous offer will be selected using weighted criteria in the tender documents.
