Cleaning service for Jobcenter

Summary

The tender concerns cleaning services for the Jobcenter in Celle and the related premises, including Georg-Wilhelm-Str.14, 29223 Celle; Westcellertorstr.8A, 29221 Celle; and the Werkakademie at Am Wasserturm 31b, 29223 Celle. The current cleaning area amounts to 4,514.41 m², and the resulting annual cleaning area is 1,117,030.88 m². The contract starts on 01 February 2027 and ends on 31 January 2029, with an option to extend the contract for up to 12 months. There is a six-month probation period at the start.
