Framework Agreement for Workspace One Licences, Maintenance and Consultancy

Dataport AöR is procuring, in one lot, a framework agreement for OMNISSA Sovereign Solution for Workspace One (BYOI) licences, licence maintenance and incident handling, and technical engineering and security consultancy. The planned initial call-off is 66,000 licences. The pricing schedule estimates new licence quantities of 9,000, 28,000, 24,000 and 23,000 for 2027–2030, and licence renewal quantities of 75,000, 103,000 and 127,000 for 2028–2030. Consultancy estimates are 200 hours per year for technical engineering and 100 hours per year for security advice. The agreement runs from 2027 to 2028, with two possible one-year extensions through 2030; actual requirements are ordered as needed.
