Open-house drug discount agreements for lopinavir and ritonavir (ATC J05AR10)

Summary

This is an open-house model for non-exclusive discount agreements covering the active substances lopinavir and ritonavir (ATC J05AR10). AOK Bayern intends to conclude identical, non-negotiable agreements with every interested pharmaceutical company that meets the requirements; there is no competitive selection between participants. The earliest contract start date is 1 November 2026, and all agreements end on 31 October 2028. Companies may join during the term, but no later than 3 September 2028. The agreement may be terminated with one month’s notice to the end of a calendar month. Applicants must submit the completed and signed agreement, the completed and signed schedule identifying the covered medicines, and a signed declaration of reliability. The signatory’s authority must be evidenced by a commercial register extract or, if necessary, a power of attorney. Documents may be submitted as two hand-signed paper originals or electronically with a qualified electronic signature. Complete and correct documents received by the third day of a month result in commencement on the first day of the following month; otherwise commencement is on the first day of the month after that.
