Demolition of the second-level bridge at Märkischer Ring and Eckeseyer Straße, Hagen

Summary

The City of Hagen is procuring two lots of works: demolition of the second-level bridge at Märkischer Ring and Eckeseyer Straße, and sewer construction and renewal at Märkischer Ring, including removal of the Königstraße overflow structure. Lot 1 covers demolition of a prestressed-concrete bridge approximately 550 m long, with 15 spans, about 5,200 m² of area and 4,200 m³ of concrete, together with related temporary works, traffic management and reinstatement. Lot 2 includes approximately 3,000 m² of shoring, PE pipes (112 m DN 700, 55 m DA 450 and 166 m DA 355), nine precast manholes, one special structure and approximately 1,200 m² of asphalt concrete.
