Cook-and-hold lunch catering for municipal day-care centres

Summary

The City of Bad Kreuznach is procuring ready-to-eat lunches prepared using the cook-and-hold method for municipal day-care centres, divided into three lots. Deliveries are due to start on 1 March 2027. Each framework agreement runs for two years, with the authority able to extend it by one year on up to two occasions. Estimated weekday deliveries are approximately 160 meals for Lot 1, 200 for Lot 2 and 115 for Lot 3. Additional meals may be required for centres that normally cook on site if their staff are unavailable. Price is the sole award criterion, weighted at 100%. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 3 November 2026 at 09:00 and remain valid for 45 days. One supplier will be selected for each lot; a bidder may submit offers for up to all three lots.
