Framework agreement for grade and school report management software

Summary

The State of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, represented by its Ministry of Education and Child Daycare, is procuring a digital grade and school report management system for public general and vocational schools across the state; schools under independent management may also use it. The system will support recording, managing, analysing and documenting student performance, and creating and issuing school reports. The framework covers implementation, configuration and customisation, testing, maintenance and support, advice, training and further development. Bidders must offer both on-premises and SaaS delivery; only the model selected at award will be used. The framework has an initial term of 24 months and may be extended twice by 12 months, up to 48 months in total.
