Employee bicycle leasing

Summary

MDN is launching a framework agreement for employee bicycle leasing (dienstradleasing). The procurement covers leasing of bicycles for staff for work and private use, including a digital ordering and administration portal, inspections and maintenance, insurance, and related services for both the bidder and the client. Award criteria are 70% for quality and 30% for price. The bidder must demonstrate prior experience and provide required documents (company data, contact person, registrations, license for financing leasing or exemption, LkSG and sanctions checks, ISO 27001 or equivalent, EMAS/ISO 14001) and at least three references. A secure digital ordering/management system must be provided, with appropriate support for employer and employee users.
