Implementation of a digital editorial and content management system for the BMV procurement manuals

Summary

The German Federal Ministry for Transport is procuring a cloud-based editorial and content management system for digitising and maintaining its procurement manuals, initially the manuals for supplies, services and professional services (VHLF) and water engineering (VHB-W). The contract covers migration and structuring of existing content and templates, implementation and operation of the system, support, maintenance and training. Optional services include a 12-month contract extension, additional training, migration of the road and bridge construction manual, and further platform enhancements.
