Renewal of Neumünster railway station and construction of platform roofs

Summary

The project will renew Neumünster railway station in two time-staggered lots. In 2027, work on platform 1 will include extending one platform roof, renewing and partly raising the island platform, and replacing its facilities and associated infrastructure. In 2029/30, platforms 2 and 3 will receive two new roofs, renewed and partly raised island platforms, replacement facilities and infrastructure, and a staff service building.
