Supply of three electric trucks with box bodies

Summary

The procurement covers a single, indivisible contract for three new, identical electric trucks with box bodies, side doors and tail lifts. The vehicles will be used to collect electrical and electronic equipment and provide container services. Each truck must have a permitted gross weight of 16,000 kg and a nominal battery capacity of at least 375 kWh. Requirements include both AC and DC charging, a tail lift with a capacity of at least 1,500 kg, and a battery guarantee ensuring at least 80% effective capacity after 2,000 charging cycles. The supplier must deliver the trucks by 31 May 2027 to Troisdorf, arrange technical inspection and registration, provide technical documentation, and train five driving or operating staff and three workshop staff. The supplier must provide chassis maintenance services, including inspections and repairs, initially for two years. The contracting authority may extend the service up to three times for two years each, for a total of up to eight years. The service workshop must be within 70 km of the vehicle site by road. The bid must include the completed offer form and price schedules, a detailed vehicle product description, required declarations and references for at least two previous qualifying deliveries. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 30 October 2026 at 11:00. Evaluation compares the total price for the vehicles and the maintenance periods included in the evaluation; the contract will be awarded to the bidder with the lowest total bid price.
