Open-house discount agreements 2026-12

Summary

The tender concerns discount agreements for medicines with German statutory health insurance funds. Agreements will be concluded with every suitable pharmaceutical company under uniform terms in an open-house procedure, without individual negotiations or exclusivity. The agreements cover the active substances, combinations of active substances, dosage forms, strengths or finished medicinal products specified in the lots and generally run for up to 24 months, starting no earlier than 1 September 2026 and ending no later than 31 August 2028.
