Extension of HPE hardware and software support for the HPC cluster

Summary

Universitätsklinikum Düsseldorf is procuring an extension of the manufacturer support for its existing HPE high-performance computing cluster, which is used for research. The contract covers hardware and software technical support, including remote technical support, for 50 existing HPE support agreements through 31 May 2031. The support must be provided as a single contract, without lots, at the HPE Tech Care Basic wDMR SVC service level unless HPE requires a higher level.
