Framework Agreement for Soil Contamination Investigations

Summary

WIGES Wasserbauliche Infrastrukturgesellschaft mbH is procuring a framework agreement for soil and sediment sampling, laboratory testing for contaminants, and expert assessment with recommendations for recovery or disposal. The work supports flood-protection, joint and waterway measures along the Danube project between Straubing and Vilshofen, including the Straubing–Deggendorf and Deggendorf–Vilshofen sections. The estimated value is approximately EUR 80,000 per year; the schedule includes field sampling, about 600 soil and sediment samples, laboratory analyses and 350 hours of expert services.
