Implementation support for a digitization project

Summary

This procurement concerns the implementation support for a newly acquired tour planning and management system and related digitization initiatives. An external service provider will act in a coordinating and supporting role, ensuring cross-functional collaboration between business areas, management, and the software provider. The provider will assist with program and project governance, scheduling, milestone management, risk and quality control, stakeholder management, and transparent reporting. The engagement also encompasses end-to-end digitization of processes and SAP integration. The contract duration is 24 months from award, with a one-time extension option for 12 months.
