Kitchen reconstruction at Ostrčilova Primary and Nursery School

Summary

The Municipality of Ostrava, Moravian Ostrava and Přívoz district, is procuring reconstruction of the kitchen, dining hall and part of the classroom building at Ostrčilova Primary and Nursery School in Ostrava. The works include an additional floor for a second meal-serving point, a new lift and stair access section, building-wide utility installations, rooftop photovoltaic panels, interior and catering equipment, utility network relocations, site works and improvements to paved areas. The procurement is a single lot, with an estimated value of CZK 118,984,072.84 and a planned duration of 330 days; the transformer-station building is being procured separately.
