Screeding and tiling works at the Mombel-Klein educational farm

Summary

The City of Luxembourg is procuring screeding and tiling works for the renovation and extension of the Mombel-Klein farm in Rodenbourg for use as an educational farm. The single lot includes 250 m² of preliminary screed, 85 m² of XPS insulation on a concrete slab, 325 m² of screed, 45 m² of floor tiles, 140 m² of wall tiles, 70 m² of polished concrete flooring and 50 m² of dry screed. Work is expected to start in January 2027 and last three months.
