Commissioning and relocation management for the new hospital building

Summary

Centre Hospitalier de Luxembourg is procuring clinical commissioning and relocation management services for its new hospital building. The single-lot contract covers preparation for the start of operations, planning and coordination of the move, patient relocation, and support during commissioning and the subsequent stabilisation phase. The functions of the Bâtiment Centre and Eich Clinic are to be transferred to the new building; services are expected to run from 2028 through commissioning in 2029 and for a further 12 months.
