Summary

The Forest Public Centre for Social Welfare is procuring, in one lot, food supplies with a commitment to sustainable food, advisory services supporting kitchen management, and software for managing meal production and orders. The software must record residents’ food choices, preferences and intolerances, generate meal order forms from menus, send orders and produce daily documents for preparing meal trays. The contract is planned for 48 months.
