Emptying and servicing recycling stations

Summary

Söderhamn Municipality and the participating municipal companies are procuring a single-lot framework agreement for emptying collection points and transporting packaging waste from recycling stations in Bollnäs, Ovanåker and Söderhamn. The service covers paper and cardboard, plastic, metal, coloured glass and clear glass, with digital registration and reporting. At the buyer’s request, the contractor must also be able to supply, place, maintain, repair and replace collection containers. The estimated value is SEK 30 million; the contract period is 2027–2030, with up to two extensions.
