Case-management system for special transport services

Summary

Umeå Municipality is procuring a new case-management system for its permit unit to administer special transport services, national special transport services, RIAK and parking permits for people with reduced mobility. The system is intended to support around 1,400 special transport decisions, 250 national special transport decisions and 250 parking permit decisions each year, as well as 8,000–12,000 special transport journeys per month. It must support secure and efficient workflows, transfer of permits to the contracted operator, on-premises operation, and test and acceptance environments. The procurement comprises one lot, with an estimated contract value of SEK 3,600,000 for a maximum contract term of 12 years.
