The National Anti-Doping Agency of Romania is procuring the design, development, implementation and commissioning of an integrated digital public services platform. The single-lot contract includes interconnected software modules, a public portal, electronic registry and mobile application, hardware and software licences, private or government cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity services, data migration and interoperability, staff training, and post-implementation support and maintenance.
