Summary

Fakultní nemocnice Ostrava is procuring one portable nanopore nucleic acid sequencing device and a one-time supply of the consumables needed to prepare sequencing libraries for 24 samples. The consumables must support long-read sequencing of native, unamplified DNA while preserving DNA methylation information, including multiplexing and demultiplexing, and provide capacity for two separate sequencing runs or an equivalent sequencing volume.
