Design and construction management consultancy for Otterhällan and Kvarnberget

Summary

Göteborg City Property Administration is procuring design management and construction management consultancy services for the modernization and refurbishment of the Otterhällan and Kvarnberget civil protection shelters. The work is intended to restore protection functions relating to installations, rock, concrete and building works, address maintenance needs, and maintain full protective capacity for at least a further 20–30 years; it will also enable continued peacetime use of Otterhällan. The procurement is divided into one lot and has an estimated value of SEK 7,000,000.
