Rental and installation of event sound and lighting equipment

Summary

visit.brussels is establishing a framework agreement for renting and supplying event sound, lighting, video and audiovisual equipment, including delivery, installation, operation, dismantling and collection. Lot 1 covers sound systems and related equipment, technical staff and transport; backline equipment is excluded. Lot 2 covers stage and architectural lighting equipment, related technical staff and transport. The agreement is divided into two lots, with a maximum of three operators and no more than two lots awarded to any one tenderer.
