Assistance and insurance coverage for work-related travel

Summary

The European Commission’s Office for the Administration and Payment of Individual Entitlements is procuring health, medical and travel assistance services, together with complementary insurance for risks arising from work-related travel. The procurement is divided into two geographical lots: West Europe, and the rest of the world excluding West Europe. One single framework contract will be awarded for each lot, with services planned for 48 months from 1 April 2027.
