Drinking water supply in Slovenian Istria and the Karst hinterland: municipal infrastructure improvements and water-loss reduction in Planina, Phase II

Summary

The Municipality of Postojna and Elektro Primorska are procuring construction works for the second phase of the sewerage network and associated infrastructure in Planina. The works include a 900-population-equivalent wastewater treatment plant, 3,968 m of gravity sewer, 118 m of pressure sewer with a pumping station, 2,496 m of stormwater drainage, 1,998 m of water pipeline, service connections, road reinstatement and electrical infrastructure. The works are planned for completion within 700 days and will follow the FIDIC Red Book contract conditions.
