Design and construction of the Henri Coandă multifunctional educational complex

Summary

Sector 1 of Bucharest is procuring the design, technical assistance and construction of a multifunctional educational complex in the Henri Coandă district, under one contract estimated at RON 157,438,025.21 excluding VAT. The complex will comprise a 5,825 m² above-ground lower-secondary school, a 4,085 m² kindergarten, and a 4,435 m² sports hall and swimming pool. The works also include 7,695 m² of planted green areas, a 2,917 m² multisport and playground area, and 1,750 m² of paths and paved platforms. Design is to take no more than 8 months, construction no more than 36 months, and the overall contract duration is at least 80 months.
