New residential care home in Osby

Summary

Osby Municipality is procuring the construction of a new 80-place residential care home in Osby, including living and service areas, premises for daily activities, public spaces and associated outdoor areas. The new building will be connected to the existing Rönnebacken building, with coordination of existing infrastructure. The works are to be delivered as a design-and-build contract under ABT 06; the estimated contract value is SEK 170 million. A separate option concerns reducing part of the area on level 10.
