Extension, modernisation and equipping of the Leon Daniello Hospital outpatient clinic

Summary

Cluj County Council is procuring, in one lot, construction works to extend, modernise and equip the outpatient clinic of the Leon Daniello Clinical Hospital of Pneumology in Cluj-Napoca. The project includes demolishing the existing laundry building, constructing a new basement, ground-floor and two-storey building connected to Pavilion 2, and fitting out medical examination, treatment, laundry, staff changing and storage spaces. External utility networks, an electrical connection, parking, landscaping and the planting of 11 trees are also included. The estimated contract value is RON 13,727,778 excluding VAT, and the works are scheduled for 24 months.
