Hire of studio and production control facilities

Summary

VRT is procuring a four-year framework agreement for the temporary hire of facilities supporting audiovisual productions, with a total estimated value of €12.75 million. The three lots cover mobile and fixed production control facilities, including control vehicles; studio facilities; and integrated studio and control facilities. Control infrastructure includes essential operating staff where specified. The agreement guarantees neither a minimum volume nor exclusivity; specific assignments will be offered to framework contractors through mini-competitions.
