Mölndal City Hall buildings renovation and associated works

Summary

The City of Mölndal is procuring the redevelopment, renovation and adaptation of two municipal buildings: Torggatan 1, with approximately 7,505 m² of gross floor area, and the existing city hall at Göteborgsvägen 11–17, with approximately 11,523 m². The works include associated construction activities and have an estimated total value of SEK 200 million. The procurement is divided into one lot.
