Event organisation services for EUAA meetings and events

Summary

The European Union Agency for Asylum is procuring event organisation services, including related travel and logistics, for its administrative and operational meetings and events under three lots: Moldova (€900,000), Ukraine (€1,300,000), and the Western Balkans (€2,200,000). The services may include venues, audiovisual and interpretation equipment, catering, accommodation, transport, on-site coordination, event assistance, and security or medical services when required. Framework contracts will run for up to 48 months, with up to three providers per lot in a cascade arrangement; in-person events in Ukraine will take place only when the security situation allows.
