Purchase of instrumentation and equipment for oceanographic moorings
Summary
The Flanders Marine Institute is procuring instrumentation and equipment for oceanographic moorings that can collect continuous, long-term data on ocean dynamics from a fixed location, independently of research vessels and complementing robotic systems. The procurement is divided into three lots: acoustic releases; oceanographic sensors, including ADCPs and current meters; and multiparameter loggers. The equipment will support research projects in the North Sea, Atlantic Ocean and Arctic Ocean.
