Integrated solid waste management equipment for Agios Efstratios Municipality

Summary

The Municipality of Limnos is procuring equipment for integrated solid waste management in Agios Efstratios, with an estimated total value of €300,745 excluding VAT. The 11 lots cover open metal waste containers, household and wheeled bins, recycling-bin stands and special bins, a 4 m³ bio-waste collection vehicle, a closed-system mechanical composter and other composting equipment, a 60-tonne weighbridge, biodegradable 10-litre bags and reusable bags. The equipment will support five recycling points, the upgrade of the local waste-management facility, separate collection and transport of bio-waste, and its processing by composting.
