Acquisition, implementation and maintenance of an enterprise video platform for lecture recording and distribution

Summary

Vrije Universiteit Brussel is procuring a cloud-based SaaS enterprise video platform as a single-lot contract with one supplier. The scope covers supply, integration, maintenance and support for large-scale lecture recording, video management and editing, and the secure distribution and streaming of educational content to students. Compatibility with existing infrastructure, migration and change management are also part of the project. The planned term is 96 months, with two possible extensions.
