Framework agreement for somatropin and somapacitan medicines

Summary

Amgros is procuring medicines for Danish hospital pharmacies under two separate framework-agreement lots: somatropin injection solution in strengths of 3–25 mg, with an estimated quantity of 747,315 units, and somapacitan injection pens in strengths of 5 mg, 10 mg and 15 mg, with an estimated 999 units of each strength. Deliveries are intended for Amgros’s warehouse, hospitals and hospital pharmacies in Denmark. The agreements are non-exclusive and do not oblige the buyers to purchase a minimum quantity; actual consumption may differ substantially from the estimates.
