Satellite communications equipment and access management

Summary

The State Border Guard Service of Lithuania is procuring 34 integrated, mobile satellite-internet and local-network systems in rugged transport cases for use in border areas and other locations with limited or unreliable communications infrastructure. Each system is to include satellite equipment, networking and power components, cables and accessories, with delivery and staff training. The procurement also includes a shared internet service plan providing at least 20 TB of data for 12 months and a central satellite-terminal management portal licensed for 12 months. The procurement is not divided into lots.
