Prepared and dry food supply for detention facilities

Summary

Bulgaria’s General Directorate for Execution of Sentences is procuring prepared meals and dry food for people held in detention facilities under 11 lots. The supply covers breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as dry provisions such as bread and canned food, for 36 months or until the relevant lot’s contract ceiling is reached. The estimated total is 300,552 person-days: Ruse 60,000; Haskovo and Svilengrad 50,394; Dobrich 25,500; Blagoevgrad 23,208; Petrich 12,498; Vidin 25,200; Kardzhali 8,475; Razgrad 28,845; Silistra 8,880; Shumen 33,666; and Elhovo 23,886. Deliveries are made on request, and quantities may be adjusted according to the number of detainees and the duration of detention.
