Framework agreements for IT and audiovisual equipment, including installation and service

Summary

The Danish Export and Investment Fund is procuring two framework agreements. Lot 1 covers computers, phones, tablets, monitors, docking stations and related accessories, with an estimated value of DKK 22 million and a maximum value of DKK 38 million. Lot 2 covers audiovisual equipment for meeting rooms and shared areas, including installation, inspection, troubleshooting and maintenance; its estimated value is DKK 10 million, with a maximum value of DKK 15 million. Each agreement runs for 24 months and may be extended twice by 12 months.
